So I’ve not published anything since August, well it’s been a rough time!

My gall bladder screwed up, then an allergic reaction to penicillin, then my kidneys shutting down, it’s been rough!

So what’s my current situation?

A year ago I started to lose weight, I have lost 4 stone ✅

I have fallen in love with cycling and have finally found the thing to improve health that I enjoy ✅

My gall bladder became full of gall stones and infected 🚫

When treating my gall bladder I had a reaction to penicillin and my kidneys began shutting down 🚫

Kidneys are now fixed ✅

Gall bladder is out ✅

Time to get cycling again, time to continue peddling healthy 👍
